  • Attraction: You can enjoy Kagura Performance as an attraction in the welcome Reception.

Kagura Performance:
Kagura is a music and dance dedicated to Shinto Gods. Since ancient times, kagura has been performed as a ceremony in which people ask for a good harvest and abundant catches of fish and wish away illness.




Conference excursions

1 Peace Program Course:

  • Date: Wednesday, July 8th, 2020
  • Gathering Time & place: 13:10, Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima 1st Floor
  • Details: 13:30-17:30, Visit at an Elementary School in Hiroshima City and minge with pupils, the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and the Children’s Peace Monument for dedicate paper cranes held by participants.
  • Maximum: 50 People

2 Miyajima Course

  • Date: Wednesday, July 8th, 2020
  • Gathering Time & place: 13:10, Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima 1st Floor
  • Details: 13:30-18:00, Visit Miyajima-Island one of the world heritage sites designated by UNESCO which is said one of the 3 most beautiful sites in Japan. The red vermilion red collar grand gate is very famous as the symbol of Japan. We see this gate at a lot of photos and sightseeing magazines. During tour, we will meet young volunteers who explain the history, surroundings of the island in English and enjoy the Momiji Manju cake one of Hiroshima specialties.

Banquet

  • Date: Wednesday, July 8th, 2020
  • Gathering: 18:30, The conference site (Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima 1st Floor)
  • Time : 18:50-21:00
  • Venue: Dinner Cruising Ship “Ginga” in the Seto Inland Sea
  • Maximum: 180 people


*In case of more than 180 applicants for the banquet, the banquet will be held at Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima.



Lunch

Lunch will be offered to all participants from July 6th to July 9th at the conference site Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima.
